Can I get my money back?
We carefully inspect ALL products before they are shipped! For ALL returns we issue store credit ONLY! Refunds are NOT available.
How many days do I have to make a return?
We understand that sometimes returns/exchanges happen, and we will be glad to assist you! We have a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after your delivery date to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, after your 7 days NO returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Conditions:
ALL item(s) MUST be returned in new condition, unused and in its original protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. You’ll also need the receipt/proof of purchase. Damaged returns/exchanges will NOT be accepted!
To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at davismetalsworks@gmail.com. In order to honor any return/exchange request, be sure that it is within the time frame listed above! You will need to send us pictures of the item(s) you are requesting to return or exchange and reasoning for the return to help us better assist you. In your email, please include your name and order number. If your return is accepted, store credit will be given to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted for any reasons. Please note that shipping and handling fees are NOT refundable.
How soon will I receive my store credit?
Store credit amount will be your total minus the shipping/handling cost and will be credited to you within 3-5 business days after item(s) have been received and inspected. You will receive an email notification.
Are there any return fees or exchange fees?
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. We do NOT provide any labels for returns/exchanges. In the event you receive the wrong item, we will cover the return cost!

Lost or stolen packages
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages once postal carriers have marked your package delivered.
Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds. Items can be returned for store credit ONLY! Exchanges available for same size and price within timeframe ( 7 days after delivery date). The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return and shipping of exchanged items.
